A Happy, Peaceful Routine
With calm and certainty, Kathy helped my baby and I find a happy, peaceful routine. I can honestly say she had Henry sleeping through the night by six weeks old, and he's thriving on the schedule Kathy helped us create.

The Best of Her Profession
By the time Kathy departed our household, our boys had been established on a sleeping/feeding schedule since six weeks of age and were sleeping through the night. I really do believe that Kathy represents the best of her profession and the proof is in my happy, thriving, healthy twin sons and my own desire to employ her again in the future

Forever Grateful to Kathy
Today I have healthy wonderful children who are the best sleepers due to Kathy’s care. We are forever grateful to Kathy because now the twins sleep an average of 13-14 hrs per night and they are very happy and well adjusted.

Reliable, Patient and Calm
As nervous first time parents, Kathy showed us the way and never tired of explaining the “why and when” questions we asked of her. She was reliable patient and calm, with our baby and with us.

Kathy is practical, yet flexible
It’s funny. When you have a baby, your friends, co-workers and even complete strangers begin pushing their favorite baby bestsellers on you. These books promise the PERFECT way to LEARN YOUR BABY! After all, your infant could only be one of four baby “types.” SOLVE ALL YOUR INFANT ISSUES! Cause hey, don’t we all just want to be told what to do? “IMPLEMENT THE PERFECT SLEEP SCHEDULING TECHNIQUE! Surely one way works for all babies, right? Oh, brother!
There are actually some great suggestions and philosophies in some of these books, but it’s mixed in with so many different propositions, that the more we read, the more puzzling it all became. Working with Kathy Sinclair was like taking all of the best parts of all of the best baby books and morphing them into one super cool chic!
Kathy is practical, yet flexible. She didn’t push just one way to do anything, because there were always several factors determining the decisions we were making (who our baby is … what our family needs are … etc., etc., etc.). And while she’s no nonsense and totally straight forward, she never tried to “dictate.” She was there to guide us in what WE wanted to achieve.
Whether it was transitioning our son out of the swaddle, weaning him off the breast, beginning solids, traveling across three time zones or creating an ideal schedule that fits all of the necessary naps, bottles, meals and activity time, but also really works for my husband, me and most importantly, our son, Kathy has been there every step of the way.
And while not every family can or even wants to adhere to a specific schedule, we believe routine is key in keeping our family happy (and sane!). Kathy helped us design a schedule 10 months ago that our son is STILL on. He continues to take two two-hour naps a day and sleeps 12 hours a night. Thank you Kathy!!!
